数字化背景下中国科技期刊集群化建设路径探究
Research on the clustering construction Path of Chinese Sci-tech periodicals under the background of digitization
Abstracts
| 【目的】为了解决科技期刊集群建设当前存在的困境，结合数字化技术，探讨科技期刊集群建设新路径。【方法】结合国内外先进期刊集群案例，分析指出我国当前科技期刊集群在集约化管理、集群数字平台、集群建设人才等方面存在的问题。【结果】探究发现集团化管理是期刊集群的重要路径，智能化升级是科技期刊集群平台的迫切需求，复合型人才是提高科技期刊集群水平的重要因素。【结论】提出了打造出版集团、数字化平台、复合型人才培养等转型化、升级化四大战略，是数字化时代背景下科技期刊集群建设的可鉴之路。 |
| [英文摘要]Purposes The purpose of this study is to solve the current difficulties in the construction of sci-tech journal cluster, and to explore a new path for the construction of sci-tech journal cluster combined with digital technology. Methods Combining domestic and foreign advanced periodical cluster cases, this paper analyzes the problems existing in intensive management, cluster digital platform and cluster construction talent. Findings The study found that group management is an important path of periodical cluster, intelligent upgrading is an urgent need of sci-tech periodical cluster platform, and compound talents are an important factor to improve the level of sci-tech periodical cluster. Conclusions Therefore, this study puts forward four strategies of transformation and upgrading, such as building publishing group, digital platform, and training compound talents, which are the reference road for the construction of sci-tech journal cluster under the background of digital age. |
